CPS Black Series Metal Tool

CPS Black series polishing pads is a series of metal bonding tools, which can be used to remove glue, frankincense and other coatings. The black series is also used in floor coating application, polishing, and the initial step of sanding. They are available in two types and can be used for different concretes ranging from soft to hard. This pads has a suitable price and high output, and will definitely help you complete the upcoming preparation or polishing work.

16 Grit Pad: This pad is used to remove certain glues or epoxy coatings. It is very powerful and used to remove razor lines, adhesives, or for the first cut of very hard concrete.

30/40 Grit Pad: t is also possible to remove some coatings, but it may not be fast enough for some people with Prep/Master type machines. However, the 30/40  tool does a good job on new and old concrete and can start cutting well. This is also the first step of the upcoming CPS NXT floor plan. 30/40 Grit size #03 Black series tools have powerful medium-grained double rods for the first cut on hard concrete or along with Black Line 02.

60/80 Pad:This tool can be used for floors that require minimal maintenance at the beginning and may need to clean cuts. Black Series #04 can be used in  the first cut for NXT floors. The pad’s medium and high gravel double rods are weak. Very suitable for the first cut on medium-hard concrete floors or following black line 03

150 Grit Pad: It is a good finishing tool that can start polishing immediately and does not require a mixed resin system. You can use this tool to start sanding the floor to meet the needs of this type of customer. Black Series #05 is a conservative high-grit double rod used to remove scratches on Black line 04
